A turnkey escape room by TIMEBREAK includes:
- Concept & story: theme, narrative, puzzle design and pacing – exclusive to your location
- Planning: room layout, 3D visualization, permit and shop drawings
- Set construction: fabrication in our workshop, installation and finishing on site
- Custom props: bespoke puzzle props with sensors and electronics
- Game control: central show control with game master interface, monitoring and hint system
- Lighting, sound & effects: complete AV installation including soundtrack
- Handover: test operation, documentation, spare parts package and team training
Your Path to Your Own Escape Room
After an initial call you receive a rough concept with a budget range. Once commissioned, we develop story and puzzle plan, fabricate in parallel in our workshop, then install at your location. Before opening we test with real groups and train your staff – only then do we hand over.
For operators who want to launch quickly, we also offer proven room concepts adapted to your location – faster and more affordable than a fully custom development.

Turnkey escape rooms are ideal for newcomers and investors, for theme parks and hotels upgrading their entertainment offer, and for existing operators expanding without building internal construction capacity. How much does a turnkey escape room cost?
Depending on size, theme and technology share, turnkey projects typically range from €60,000 to €250,000 per room. Adapted standard concepts sit at the lower end, fully custom immersive worlds at the upper end.
How quickly can my escape room open?
With an adapted concept, 3 to 4 months is realistic; a fully custom development takes 4 to 7 months – depending on permits and the condition of the space.
Do I need prior experience as an operator?
No. Handover includes game master training, operating documentation and, on request, consulting on pricing, booking systems and marketing.
What happens after opening?
We stay available: remote support, maintenance contracts, spare parts and later expansions or puzzle updates are all part of our service offer.
