Many escape rooms run on a patchwork of home-made solutions: an Arduino here, a relay there, nothing documented. That works – until it doesn't. Our game control system orchestrates all puzzles, lighting, sound, effects and doors through a single central show control system.
Every status is visible at all times: which puzzle has been solved? Where is the group stuck? The game master can trigger, reset or skip any element manually – mid-game, without entering the room.

Escape room technology has to work every single day, not just at final inspection. That's why we use industrial-grade components, plug-in connections for quick component replacement, complete documentation and remote maintenance. If something does fail, we support you via remote access – and with spare parts from our stock.

Do you also supply just the technology, without set construction?
Yes. We supply and install game control, electronic puzzles and AV technology as standalone packages – for DIY projects, other set builders or existing rooms.
Which control software do you use?
We work with proven show control systems and our own control modules – vendor-independent and designed so that your team can run day-to-day operations without any programming knowledge.
What happens during a power outage?
Safety comes first: emergency exit doors open automatically when power is lost, the system falls back to defined states and game progress is preserved so that the game can be resumed.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. Remote support, maintenance contracts, spare parts service and software updates are all part of our service – keeping your operation running smoothly.
